Many couples wait until they are in crisis before they attend therapy. However couples therapy can be a rich experience for a relationship at any time. It can help each person better understand themselves as well as better understanding their partner. It promotes tolerance and acceptance of difference and can provide a safe space to communicate unresolved grievances.
