Together
Together is a labour of love, inspired by the need for a concentrated focus on the dynamic that keeps couples stuck in unhelpful patterns.
Together provides you with guidance to navigate your differences and to identify the unhelpful beliefs and habits within the relationship. The approach is both structured and creative, which enables support and clarity, as well as expressive exploration. This programme is designed for individual couples, offering a personalized and intimate experience rather than a group setting.
Benefits of Intensives
- High-Impact Intensives are rapidly gaining recognition for effectiveness.
- Unlike traditional therapy, couples intensives offer a structured experience to create breakthroughs in a short time.
- The focus is on deep, impactful change through highly concentrated sessions.
- It’s a solution for couples seeking rapid progress, offering tools for deeper understanding, and renewed connection.
The Schedule
Following a one-hour initial session (online or in-person), we will agree on a suitable date for the programme which may take place on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday mornings. You are not requested to commit to attending the full programme until after you have had the initial one hour appointment. You will be provided with supporting relational skills material and self-refection prompts which will help you get the most out of the programme. The programme is designed to facilitate your progression through stages of insight around how you got to where you are as a couple, and how you can progress towards a better relationship. A follow up session is scheduled for one month after ‘Day 4’.

Our approach
My work is influenced by many therapautic models including relational life therapy, emotionally focused therapy, the developmental model, the Gottman institute, as well as gestalt and haikomi couples therapy approaches. This integrated framework is adapted to the unique needs of each couple.
In order to make the most of therapy you will each be encouraged to self-reflect, to take responsibility for your own behaviour, and to be committed to take action towards changing your part in the co-created dynamic.
“We can now see the part each of us played in maintaining an unhelpful pattern in our relationship“
