Couples Therapy Intensive

A couples therapy intensive can create significant change and covers ground that takes months of weekly one-hour sessions. When insight is gained in weekly sessions, often the old habits of relating continue between sessions which makes it difficult to gain traction. So it can feel like ‘three steps forward, two steps back’. It’s easier to gain momentum, and embed insights and new ways of relating when there is a dedicated intensive period of focused work. A couples therapy intensive creates an environment which aids neuroplasticity and in turn facilitates more significant change through consolidation of insights, experiences, learning and skills. This is an opportunity to embed new healthier ways of relating. Liz Wright will work with you and your partner from her therapy studio in Ballinteer, Dublin 16.
